EdUERJ – Editora Universitária da UERJ -; created by the resolution nº 571/84 of the University Council, was only made effective in May of 1994; having as main objectives the promotion, coordination and regulation of the publishing activities of the University of the State of Rio de Janeiro. EdUERJ has largely sured this initial proposal, consolidating itself as a privileged agent for the dissemination of knowledge through a high editorial quality, thus ensuring the respect of the academic community and the general public. It has thus become a fundamental instrument both to foster critical debate and to stimulate the publication of scientific and intellectual production. qe3a
